The wildest, wettest, most ridiculous relay of the week. Each team is five members: two male, two female, and a captain. Divisions fill up fast, only the first 8 teams in each get a spot, so sign up early.

Rules and release

Rules

All participants must meet the age/grade requirement.
The captain of the team may be male or female.
The remaining team members must have 2 females and 2 males.
All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature to participate.
Entries are accepted up until the competition begins.
The first 8 teams to register will be entered into the competition.

I understand the above rules and I will make sure my team agrees to follow them as presented. We do hereby comply with the rules governing this event and we further agree to hold harmless the Boone County 4th of July Committee and Lebanon Memorial Park of any kind of injury to oneself or property by reason of participation.

I also understand that each team member, including myself, needs to complete their own electronic liability waiver to participate.
